Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status by clicking the link in the email.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within [the United States/internationally—list specific countries if applicable]. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Stitch Haus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Damaged Packages

Stitch Haus is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
